- If you are currently logged in you will need to logout by tapping the gear icon in the top right and then tap “Logout”
- You will be taken back to the home screen where you will enter your phone number and tap “Next”
- When you are asked to enter in your password leave that blank and tap “Login”
- Tap “Reset Password”
- You will receive a verification code, sent to the phone number you entered on the home screen, copy that code into the “Enter Verification Code” field and tap “Confirm”
- You can now enter in a new password, confirm the password and tap “Login” to make the update
