- Tap the envelope icon at the top of the screen to review your messages
- The request shown is a shift request, you can choose to accept or deny the request
- In this case let’s accept the shift by taping “Accept”
- Close out of the messages page by tapping the “X” in the top right of the screen to return to the “My Shifts” page
- Pull down the screen to refresh the list of shifts to see the shift you just accepted
