• Select “SCHEDULE” from main navigation, and choose “CALENDAR”
  • The default view is of the current work week
  • To edit an existing shift click on the shift box in the calendar
  • An “Update Shift” window will appear 
  • You will be able to edit all details with the exception of the location
  • For example you can increase staff hours to trigger overtime
  • To confirm any updates you have made click “UPDATE”
