- Select “SCHEDULE” from main navigation, and choose “CALENDAR”
- The default view is of the current work week
- Roll your cursor over a day on the calendar and Click on “+ ADD SHIFT” when it appears
- An assign shift window will appear where you can review required qualifications and modifications
- Assign a staff member by clicking on “ASSIGN STAFF”
- A tray will appear on the right which will search for staff members qualified for the shift
- If there are no qualified staff members you can change that requirement by selecting another option from the dropdown or searching directly by typing into the search box
- After you select a staff member click “ASSIGN”
- If you select a staff member who does not meet the requirements set for the shift you will receive a warning message, however they can still be assigned
- Click “SAVE” to complete the shift assignment
- If your changes were saved successfully you will receive a confirmation
